SDSF 10TH EDITION SKATE DECK BEACH PARTY
Gathering all the SDSF Featured Filmmakers, Artists and VIP Nautilus Pass Holders for a fun little beach party and unveiling of our 10th Edition Skate Deck Art Show. We reached out to all precious Featured Artists and a few extra good friends and gave them skate decks to create whatever they wanted and the results are absolutely amazing.
Featured Artists: Matt Beard, Damian Fulton, Fay Wyles, Cameron Calderon, Adrian Lopez, Keith Boyd, Ricky Blake, Nick Simich and Chris Oleata.
Beverages provided by 805 Brewing Company.
All boards are up for auction throughout the duration of the festival and will be presented at the San Diego Mission Bay Boat and Ski Club during the films.

SDSF BODYSURFING THROWDOWN
Location: Windansea/ Womp
4:00pm – 5:30pm (Sunset) 
We are inviting all of our favorite local and visiting bodysurfers to compete in a 90 minute winner take all session. Come join in the swim and you may end up with the crown and bragging rights for the year.

This iteration of the Jen Smith Aloha Invitational is going to be bigger and better than the inaugural event we did in ’22. Literally BIGGER and BETTER because this time we are running the event as an expression session instead of a contest and we are breaking out the Gliders! A glider expression session celebrating the ultimate soul master and big board/glider innovator, Skip Frye. The event is going to take place at Tourmaline Canyon which is the zone that Skip originally made these big boy boards to ride. The surf forecast is absolutely pumping (6-8′ with prefect conditions) so we decided on a two hour superheat to let everyone get as many waves as they can. Come down and witness a surfing crew that defines the “Glide of the Pelican.”
Invites: Josh Hall, Colton Wesley, Jake Allen, Dane Perlee, Lauren Canavan, Phil Castignola, Domenic Mabile, Joe Skoby, Ryan Rosas, Shawn Parkin, Tom Flower, Dan Grunow and of course World Champion Jen Smith.
All are welcome. Surfers arrive at 7am, Paddle at 7:45am, Superheat 8-10am.
